We are located at:

Our office address is 91 N. State St., Suite #101, Concord,
NH, 03301. It is a while building and is called "WhiteBridge." When
you pull in, you will see a parking lot in the back. You may park
anywhere in the lot. The door to our suite is also located in the back
of the building. You will walk up a small flight of outdoor stairs.
The office suite is on the 1st floor on the left. When you walk in,
you will enter the waiting room. Please have a seat and your therapist
will come out to get you.

Our office hours are Monday-Friday from 9am-5pm, but hours will vary
by clinician. Please speak directly with your therapist regarding their
availability for appointments.

Our sessions are typically 45-60 minutes

We are in-network providers for the following insurance plans: Aetna, Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, United/Optum (including Health Plans Incorporated), Harvard Pilgrim, and Tufts. If we are not a contracted provider for your insurance plan, you should contact your insurance company to find out whether you are eligible for out-of-network behavioral health coverage.

The self-pay fee is $175 for 55 minutes, $150 for 45 minutes, or $100 for 30 minutes for all clients (individuals, couples and families).

We require a 24-hour notice for canceled or rescheduled appointments. Any appointments not canceled within this 24-hour window are subject to a $100 no-show fee.

To cancel your appointment, please call us at 603-634-8822 or email your therapist directly. You may also cancel your appointment on the client
portal.

Our practice works with all age ranges, but specialization for some age groups (e.g., young children) can vary by clinician. We will ensure that you are working with a therapist who has expertise in working with clients that match your age and the concerns that brought you to therapy.
