As a therapist, I’m not into making something a problem that frankly, for you, just isn’t.

Throughout the therapeutic process, you can expect to gain insight, strategies, and implementation (i.e. homework… I know, I know, I heard that groan).

The implementation is so important. After all, if you don’t change what you do in your everyday life, how will your life change by coming to see me whenever you do?

I work with adult individuals and couples and implement strategies from cognitive behavioral therapy, Internal family systems, emotionally focused therapy and strategies from John and Julie Gottman (to name a few).

I received my Bachelors degree in Social Work from Plymouth State University and my Masters degree in Social Work from Boston University.

Being here for you as a therapist has always been what I’ve wanted to do. Being in my own, relaxed environment where we can do what is best for you, not defined by anyone but you and me.

When I’m not providing therapy you can find me relaxing with my family, taking trips to the beach, spending time with friends or reading.

We look forward to hearing from you!
