Welcome, I’m glad you are here! Are you worried about your child’s emotions or behaviors, or struggling with your own stress, sadness, or personal relationships? I work with children, adolescents, and adults who are struggling with child/adolescent behavior and emotional concerns, anxiety, depression, grief/loss, trauma, parenting, relationship problems, and adjustment issues. I provide individual therapy for children, adolescents, and adults; play therapy for young children; family therapy; and parenting support.

I can work with you on developing strategies to manage your child’s challenging behavior, while giving your child a fun, safe space to express their themselves through play and help them develop kiddo-friendly emotion regulation tools. I can help you by exploring and developing necessary skills that lead to reducing anxiety or depression, and increasing your confidence, happiness, and ability to have stronger, healthier connections with others. My hope is for you to experience a warm, supportive atmosphere to talk about and learn to cope with any experience causing you distress.

I am Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker in the States of New Hampshire, Massachusetts, and Maine. I received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of Michigan, and a Master’s degree in Social Work from Tulane University.

I received specialized training in assessment and therapy for young children ages 0-6 years old and their caregivers. My therapeutic work is grounded in the following theories and treatment techniques: Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (including Trauma-Focused), Play Therapy, Parent-Child Interaction Therapy, Child-Parent Psychotherapy, Motivational Interviewing, Infant Mental Health, Relationship and Attachment Theories, Psychodynamic Theory, and Family Systems Theory.

I provide in-office therapy to clients in Concord, New Hampshire. Telehealth appointments are available to clients who reside in New Hampshire, Massachusetts, Maine, and Florida.

We look forward to hearing from you!
