I earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Neuroscience and Behavior (with a concentration in Justice Studies!) from the University of New Hampshire, then graduated with a Master of Science degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from New England College. I have worked in the mental health field for over 6 years now and I have had the privilege of helping diverse client populations in a number of different therapeutic settings. At Healing Connections Counseling Group, I provide individual therapy to children, adolescents, and adults who are struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, parenting challenges, relationship difficulties, low self-esteem, and more. My counseling style incorporates elements from multiple evidence-based psychological theories because every client has unique needs and life experiences, so a method that proves helpful for one person could be unhelpful for another. The primary theories that I utilize are acceptance and commitment theory (ACT), solution-focused therapy, and cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT). I provide Telehealth sessions and in-office therapy in Concord, NH. Please don’t hesitate to reach out with any questions you may have!
